Built on the moment
she said yes.
She Decided Foundation was founded by Stephanie Pimentel — Founder of Lumena Global Advisory — in response to a deeply personal and widely shared experience among women in professional environments.
For years, Stephanie worked inside corporate environments — leading, advising, delivering. Like so many women she knew, she had an idea she hadn’t yet acted on. Not because she lacked the talent. But because she had never been shown the roadmap, the reassurance, or the permission to start.
“Women should not have to wait for someone else to give them permission to build.”
She Decided Foundation exists to be that bridge — converting untapped potential into undeniable impact, beginning with the moment a woman says yes to her own vision.
See Our ProgramsWe help women move from professional success to entrepreneurial ownership through education, mentorship, community, and access. We meet women before they have a business name — at the earliest and most vulnerable stage of the entrepreneurial journey.
Programs start before traditional business education begins — at the decision stage.

Ensuring no woman makes the transition alone.
The transition from professional to founder can be isolating. We create a vetted community where women connect with peers, mentors, and founders at every stage.
Connecting women to the platforms that help them grow.
Even after a woman decides to start, she may face barriers to capital, credibility, and networks. We help women access the resources needed to move from launch to growth.
We serve women who are skilled, experienced, and capable — often exceptional at their jobs yet underrecognized in the rooms where decisions are made.
She leads a team of 20, drives millions in revenue, and mentors others — but no one has asked her what she wants to build.
She's been a consultant, director, or VP for years. She knows the industry inside out. And she's been quietly building a business plan in her Notes app.
She has an idea she hasn't said out loud — not because it isn't ready, but because she's never had a trusted room to say it in.
She launched. She has customers. But she's doing everything alone — without funding education, advisor access, or a community that truly understands.
She Decided Foundation serves women regardless of background, industry, or prior entrepreneurial experience — starting at the decision stage, before a business plan even exists.
